BBQ'd Banana and Chocolate

From Paul Hogan

1. Place each banana (skin-on) flat on a work surface and make a slit along its length, using a sharp knife

2. Stuff 3-4 pieces of dark chocolate (or even a Cadburys button) into each banana by pushing the chocolate into the flesh. Push the banana close.

3. Wrap each banana individually in aluminium foil

4. At the end of the BBQ, when the fire is dwindling, place bananas on the grill. Leave for 15 minutes or longer.

5. Serve with a teaspoon, to scoop out the cooked banana flesh covered in yummy, melted chocolate. You can serve double cream or vanilla ice-cream with it, but they’re quite good on their own.
