Roasted tomato & feta parcels

From olive magazine

500g cherry tomatoes , left whole
200g feta cheese , crumbled
a few sprigs rosemary
olive oil
balsamic vinegar

Make 6 double foil parcels by putting 2 squares of foil on top of each other. Divide the tomatoes and cheese between and tuck in a rosemary sprig. Drizzle over olive oil, scrunch in the top to make an enclosed parcel.
BBQ for 10-15 minutes until the tomatoes have started to burst open and the cheese has softened. Open and drizzle with balsamic before serving.
