 Potatoes and sweet potatoes
are off-limits during the attack and cruise phase of the diet. They are
too starchy and will not help as part of your weight loss diet.

Carrots and beetroot are on the list, but they are quite starchy, so avoid
having them with every meal and while in Cruise phase, steer completely away from
starchy vegetables such as potatoes, rice, corn, peas, beans and lentils and
avocado (it is technically a fruit anyway).   |
