The first Walton And Region Lotus Owners Club weekend run. This was a very mixed run with 1 Elan SE (BBR), 1 Elan S2, 1 Esprit SE, 1 Elise S1, 1 Elise S2 '25' and now an Elise S1 111S. Rob & Liz

The route started at Julians house in Sandhurst and headed to Chepstow down the M4. After Chepstow the fun bit started :o)

We followed some really small tracks cross country towards Elan Village (Nigels Esprit was not enjoying this section!). On one track we had to stop to open/close gates every few hundred yards.
After a short break at the Elan Valley visitors centre, we drove on to our overnight stop at the Metropole hotel in Llandridod Wells.
I was heading off to Hereford the next day, but the return route to Chepstow should have been:
South out of Llandrindod Wells on the A483. left onto A481 then right onto B4567 to end. Turn left onto B4594. At Painsgate turn right onto sub 'B' roads towards Clyro. At Clyro turn right onto A438 then left onto 'B' road to end. Right onto B4350 then left onto B4352. Right onto B4348 (Golden Valley). Right onto B4347, straight across A465 to Monmouth, over A40 onto B4293 back to Chepstow.
